Seems aggressively defensive but ok

I’m not sure Midsommar was really trying to be clever. It trojan horsed a toxic relationship/break-up story into a horror film rather successfully. Outside of that I don’t think it made any pretences about being clever.

Everything we know about Starfield:

I fully expect grocery store chains will spread business across two locations in the near future.

I thought it was interesting when Kieran Culkin was asked in some recent interview who the worst/most evil character on the show is, and he said Connor, without hesitation. I think his reason was the way Connor controls Willa. I’m always gonna see Logan as the worst of them, but it was interesting to hear that

Actually, it’s the exact opposite. The fact that Logan intentionally skipped out on his wedding while straight up lying to him that he was going to attend (while using it as a venue to fire your long-time and suffering general counsel too), on top of the fact that he’s effectively been left out of the loop as far as

Ruck is wonderful, Connor gives me the biggest ick out of everyone on the show tho, even tho I know he had a very tragic childhood. His words mean very little.

Is it not worth correcting a mistake, if that’s ultimately what this merger has been? I don't understand this "time for that has passed" sentiment.

I don’t know if they were wrong to be cautious about it. They are an incredibly successful company without TV / movies. They make billions a year in profit and they maintain huge amounts of cash or cash equivalents which will help them stay afloat even if they have a decade plus of failures. Whatever share of profits

Fine, point taken. How about picturing this: Armageddon meets Deep Impact

Really weird to see all the commenters here stanning for a billionaire living out his 12-year-old fantasy in the most obnoxious way he can think of.

I’ve looked trying to confirm that detail, but nobody else seems to be reporting that Rey’s movie is supposed to be first out, so I don’t know where Carr got that from. None of these movies have official release dates, and I get the impression that they’re supposed to be in sequence, though there’s little real

Mine was Ernest Rides Again. My friends were cracking up and I was sitting there thinking “Is it just me, or is this movie somehow bad?

Superman 3. I had had bad movie going experiences before but they could be chalked up to circumstances, or at least I made the most of it via soda and snacks. S3 was the first time I can remember saying “this movie stinks”, and the amenities weren't enough anymore.

Good call! I remember feeling weird coming out of that theatre, and I was around 11 at the time as well. Part of me was assuring myself I liked Ghostbusters 2, but another part of me felt like a bully stole my lunch money and I was so confused.

Or, for that matter, smiling or laughing!

Paper or plastic?

Well you sound like you might be a certifiable moron so, ya know, glass houses.

cost 90 million dollars”

Guardians 2 is the only Marvel movie where I was sitting in the theater waiting for it to end already. None of the other ones were that bad...hell, Thor 2 is better because the ending is actually kickass.
