Hey if The Simpsons somehow keeps getting renewed (which I honestly forgot it still was) then I'm sure Modern Family will too. If the ratings are high then expect more episodes.

Considering that I can't remember seeing her in anything since the final season of Six Feet Under (which was in 2005), I very much agree with that statement.
I was really surprised to see her turn up in that movie to be honest. It was just three years ago that she did Dallas Buyers Club with McConaughey and got some pretty high praise for her performance if I recall right. Guess the shelf life on actors is way shorter then I thought.
Doubt it. She's been on Fox "News" a few times in the past and she identifies as conservative. This was probably a passion project for her.
This just makes Mike's killing of the surviving twin in BB all the more satisfying now.
Ok I know that it's pointless to bitch about something like this, but really?! Luke, Alex, and Hailey have never heard of Goodfellas? I knew about that movie when I was 10 for Christ's sakes! I really hate age jokes! They're so broad and overplayed at this point, so of course Modern Family uses both young and old ones…
Ha! I thought the exact same thing about Peggy and Mike. I was expecting a lot more bodies this episode, but that's the thing: we expected it. The writers instead gave us another outcome that we weren't even considering. So yea I do kind of wish that Peggy became a violent psycho and had to be shot down and Mike and…
I half expected Charlie to become Tripoli; serves his sentence and forms a new identity and empire. But hopefully the kid will grow up having learned his lesson, get into law school and marry Noreen. Hopefully.
Damn I was way off in my predictions. Leave it to the writers to completely defy all of my expectations. Absolutely excellent television right there.
* Cameos aplenty dead and alive! Not gonna lie, I squeed when I saw the old season one cast in the beginning.
* Mike got Mackeyed! Can't think of a more better suited…
Possibly but I think that would be too easy of an exit for Peggy. Not that she's a truly horrible person, but she's immersed herself in the world of crime and has dragged her dimwitted, innocent husband down with her. Karma runs pretty rampant throughout this series so I at least see her going to prison or an insane…
I've been thinking a lot about this episode over the past 24 hours and here's my theory for how it's going to go down, and stay with me because this is long:
Yea he got away. Definitely expecting him to turn up next week. He and Charlie are the only Gerhardts left at this point.
True, but this show has a knack for giving all of its characters, even minor ones, their moment to shine so I wouldn't write off this guy completely yet. As far as we know, he's the only Gerhardt with any power left alive so…
One other little stray thing I noticed was that Ricky G (the Gerhardt associate from Buffalo) fled the battle halfway through. He's apparently listed on IMDB to appear in the finale. Not sure what he'll do but I'd keep an eye out for him next week.
I that scene where Hank's trying to check in on Peggy and Ed and Schmidt's being a little prick to him, I imagined Hank rolling his eyes and saying "Yea that's great, now out of my way, Skippy." and then pushes him aside like he's a total non-entity.
A rather fitting tactic for his character. This show has managed to defy all of my expectations so far this season with the exception of one (that Joe Bulo would die early on and Mike would take his place). I genuinely don't know what to expect.
So much to process here. I'm still feeling numb. whoo boy.
* YES!! I knew since episode 5 that Hanzee would get tired of Dodd's shit! So satisfying to watch him deliver the killing blow.
* Speaking of Hanzee, this was the first time we've seen him vulnerable. He legitimately looked hurt by what those assholes at the bar were saying to him. And of course him getting stabbed is…
* I absolutely love the idea of Mike and the Kitchen bro going rogue. If these two don't go out in a blaze of glory at the Sioux Falls massacre, then I'll be sorely disappointed.
* I'm really becoming a firm believer in Bear becoming the mob boss from season one. Killing Simone's just the beginning of a downward spiral…
In the very beginning of the episode when Lou is driving Ed to the police station, there's a brief shot of the cop car driving down the road and passing another. The way that their headlights meet each other gives off this surreal looking light in the sky that resembles a UFO. It could've been completely…
