“im not political! im not political!!”, i continue to insist as i slowly shrink and transform into a corn cob

been staring at this early remoraid since you posted it here......... i can’t believe it’s just a gun. i have so many questions.

If the studio manages to deliver on this. Ill buy their game. I have to recognize they are at least trying to improve their game. Better than EA who is bailing on star wars for example.

Ok, so, developers and producers, take note. This is how you maintain a game.

I always liked NMS, I never bought into the hype, and it was what it was. Played it with my wife, too. I take breaks in between, but with this update, I will be jumping headlong into it with her again. We love co-op games.

The title of the article is so important in the sense that I see a lot of gamers (a bit more in my country, perhaps) that don’t seem to have a general understanding of the process of creating a videogame.

Say what you want about Sean Murray, but he’s really come around and proved that a team can really turn a turd into a diamond with a lot of genuinely received feedback. No Man’s Sky was a decent game upon release, but wow, did it lack a lot of stuff that many people were expecting.

“I’d love to avoid talking completely and just make things people can play.”

It doesn’t look like anything to me.

Makes sense. If they can’t release Monster Hunter World on Switch, perhaps we’ll see Monster Hunter Land instead :-P

When they said DLC would be free, I knew there would be a catch... There’s always a catch.

Okay, some further editorial.

Loot crates have always been a moral issue that the industry (publishers, devs, journalists, influencers, and whoever else) has mostly ignore or dismissed and that’s incredibly screwed up. Even cosmetic focused crates, which don’t affect gameplay, use specific audio/visual cues and

don’t even get me STARTED on what happens in Tresspasser

october: i will make fun of this animal crossing phone game

Sad to see them just abandon the game like this. I personally really enjoyed the game in spite of its flaws and was looking forward to the Quarian ark DLC teased at the end of the game.

I have so much respect for the writers not identifying as queer, and trying to write an inclusive story anyway, admitting their mistakes, and being so incredibly open about things.

Destiny, a video game about waiting for Destiny 2

Best Kotaku article I’ve ever read, along with a valuable life lesson.

More of these!!!

Great read and a very sad tale. I hope it doesn’t spell the end for the series and I really hope Bioware learns from this or else Dylan may end up being Vanilla and that would be a shame.
