I am here for this idea and for the grammatically correct construction of the title.
It should be so that they’ll both play the role of the new Cap, but only one at a time so whenever the camera changes, the other actor will be in the suit and shield, swapping back and forth for the entire series. And no one on the show will make mention of it.
I feel no show does everything perfectly. Can we just be happy that there are shows out there trying to garnish new perspective instead of demonizing everyone who doesn’t do it perfectly.
Very true! I also consider the statute “reset” if an older work is adapted, especially if it is adapted to a more popular medium like TV or film.
I hate spoilers, but come on. There has to be a statute of limitations on them. You can’t expect people to keep dancing around spoilers for every show ever made for years.
Man, I miss that show. I avoided the specials after season two because they got bad press. Maybe I should try them out just to get more George *sigh*
And yet here you are, whining like a baby anyway.
George: So what’s next? Onward and upward?
Rube: Onward not upward. No pearly gates for you, no choirs of angels neither.
George: You dick! You’re sending me to hell?!
Rube: Don’t flatter yourself. You’re not that interesting.
Good. Let it be dead, tell new stories in new places even if those stories don’t work out, at least you’re trying something new and showing fans new pieces of the galaxy.
I don’t think I’ve seen Aldis Hodge in anything since Leverage finished. Good to see him again.
Bring more Hodge.
Aldis Hodge in all the things!
Aldis Hodge in Star Trek is something I didn’t know I needed.
I’m sorry, did you just say Aldis Hodge? As in, “Age of the Geek” Aldis Hodge? As in “a consistent bright spot even among the many, many, many bright spots of ‘Leverage’” Aldis Hodge?
Thank you. Dean Cain is a terrible human being. Christopher Reeve is rolling in his grave.
Just so damn rad to see Shipp as the Flash.
The first season of Futurama is solid.
The next season of MST3K drops on Thanksgiving.
