I feel like I’m in a minority for actually liking Iron Fist. It definitely is the worst of the Netflix MCU shows but I still enjoyed it more than what I’ve watched of the Arrowverse. Danny is definitely the worst part of the show though.

Yeah, I expect contracted service periods coming along real soon.
You can do that now. Eventually I bet they require longer term subscriptions than one month.
There’s also always adoption as a backstory. I like the idea of the general being a dick who’s constantly getting divorced, though.
If something positive has come out of this, it seems to be companies learning from Horn’s mistake at the least.
Now, a Farscape relaunch is something I could get behind. Anything that could possibly get me more Chiana and D’Argo is a good thing. Of course, maybe Brian’s film career will take off after Happytime Murders and he won’t have time for television. Oh... nevermind.
Possibly, but I would not take that as a guarantee it will happen.
He could be the next Stan Lee. Just showing up in the background of every Marvel movie from now on.
I hate this take. The “thick skin” one. No offense, this isn’t personal and you’re far from the only one who espouses it. It’s just... there is no skin thick enough! When you’re subjected to that volume, that force of hate, it doesn’t matter how well you handle it, it affects your life. Even if you’re the A+ number…
Agree with you 100%. The first time I watched The Last Jedi I was simultaneously both disappointed and surprised. TLJ is not the Star Wars movie I wanted to see, but I enjoyed immensely nonetheless. It’s not where I was hoping they’d take the sequel trilogy, but that’s ok. I can always go back to the EU & my books if…
When I use the term “fanboy,” I’m referring to the group of people who think they know what something “should be” and attack people who feel differently or represent what something “shouldn’t be.” The assholes who threaten people like Rian Johnson or Michael Bay because they didn’t like their movie and shit, or who…
When I first watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer, I couldn’t understand why Buffy couldn’t give Xander a chance. Now I’m watching it years later and I totally understand. Not only does she have the right to be with whoever she wants, but he was a misogynistic asshole (and considering he’s Whedon’s author surrogate,…
Being an old school geek, let me assure you that hating on the Mundanes has always been a big part of the culture. Took me decades to grow out of it myself but I had the benefit of realizing that I was getting upset over something someone made to make a dollar off of and not some new way of looking at reality like I…
Regardless of how you feel about The Last Jedi or her role, she’s an absolute delight, so good for her.
Totally agree, geeks are among the worst people to talk to online as so much of it is a purity test where the unclean must be purified. By whatever means. There is also the fact geeks, nerds, whatever tend to have an inflated sense of self I have noticed, especially in regards to their intelligence. Causing a far…
Fuck all you full diapered man babies that pull this shit. Get over yourselves.
Meh, the Light PPC might be too much heat. I would swap for an ER laser, medium is possible. SRM is a good call.
> from which they credibly inferred the presence of cheese
This is the nerdiest thing about cheese I have ever read. It’s wonderful.
Yeah I think they might be past the high-five stage of their relationship based on how things went down in Infinity War.
