Prior to this summer there were at least two stories of alleged criminal behavior on the part of Brown that were out there and not related to the “diva” antics in Oakland:

Lots of stuff wrong with that dinosaur segment. Primarily that dimetrodon, pterodactyls, and pteranodons were not strictly dinosaurs by their taxonomic classification. They were more distantly related reptiles.

It sounded like Ben had initially said “no” to the surgery and the doctors were going to overrule him. Too bad there’s not a joke there.

I think I’ll take a defense that stuggles in the 1st quarter and then settles in. Which, other than garbage time, is what the team has done for two straight weeks. (They allowed two TDs after getting out to a 37-13 lead last week.) I’m wary but hopeful.

I agree he went down and got touched with right at 1 second left, but usually the clock runs for an extra beat AND I’ve never seen NFL refs respond to a TO call instantaneously like that.

I was rooting for the Bears because I hate the Broncos but in the horrible alternate universe where I am a Bronocs fan I’m livid about the Bears getting the final second on the clock for the FGA.

It seems like we could be converging on talking about different things pretty quickly here, so I’d like to make a few points and reset my original statement a little bit.

I actually think his apology strikes the right balance, but I realize that’s still not enough for some people.
