a coworker just got one this week. i was looking it over and i see a major flaw in the front end design. the large grill does nothing to protect the radiators and intercoolers. theres also very little crash structure there. so the smallest impact will cost thousands of dollars and disable the truck

having driven route 66 this year i can say that i would not want to do the trip in an electric vehicle. i dont recall seeing any chargers or signs telling you were to pull off to charge at.

for the most part fords maps update over the air or have been a sd card. usually the maps update is a year or two old compared to the road infastructure updates.

fords adaptive cruise control leaves a lot to be desired. its lane keeping ability is on par with a buzzed driver. bouncing between lane markers and misjudging curves. often i find it crowding the center line but as soon as a right hand turn lane appears it attempts to follow it off the road. i cant imagine not having
