who is in the market for a $400,000 suv and then chooses this over a rolls or the ferrari?

$6k is a steep price to have a “1 piece” gauge and entertainment screen

what a horrible press photo. did the car break down on the way to the shoot so they threw a green screen behind it? they did a poor job erasing the green that reflected onto the paint

worst sand andreas: having to care for the character like it was a tamagotchi digi pet. also the washed out colors

the recall is worded that this only pertains to the 2022-2023 models and not the 2015+ models that also use that transmission. seems they have only one component to look at and figure out what change was made and to revert back.

the aluminum can still oxidize and eventually fail. galvanic corrosion will still happen as ford still uses steel fasteners.

perceived low quality is a stereo with no name. perceived quality is a stereo with sony written everywhere or in the newest trucks bang & o. low quality is 4 speakers, perceived quality is 13. more is better (?)

in 19yrs they have yet to make a seat that is comfortable. the seat bottom tilts and the back reclines. to make it sound impressive they count the lumbar and the headrest in the umpteen ways the seat moves. ive had better back support on an allegiant airbus and that is not saying much. i get more lower back support

i sat in my ‘05 and counted over 25 seams on the dash. then the painted dash parts didnt even match. not sure from fade or has it been that way and i was less critical of it when i bought it.

oxidize is the better term

ford wants the appearance of a well engineered product, not a well engineered product. doing the right thing is too expensive.

click bait title and a slideshow. journalism is dead.

you couldn’t be further from the truth simpleton

anyone else remember the rail lobbyist’s commercial touting how safe trains were, how fuel efficient they were, how much traffic congestion they could ease by getting rid of over the road trucks...?

republicans

the 400i isnt that bad compared to other offering
basically miami and coacine vs the audi 80 coupe

im guessing that the tech isnt competitive and they need more time.

it was acceptable in its time im guessing.

vehicles are built and sit on a lot until a truck can transport them to the selling dealership. why hault production for a software update?

the design hasnt won me over yet. i see a lot of porsche in the side profile. i see porsche taycan and panamera. maybe some blame for that on those wheels.
