my least favorite generation of this car. uninspired design. the w211 that preceded it and the facelift 212 are soo much better. MB spent nealry a billion to facelift the car and its interior to the point it should have its own designation.

ferrari has no problem “correcting” the odometer.

no one makes replacement headlights for the mark lt. those that once had the square beams like this usually end up getting the factory ford lights as replacement. i really wanted them for my 05 as mine has square fog lights. it wouldve made the design more cohesive.

the lightning looks like a model truck. the lights look out of place and cheep.

im guessing the key cylinder is in need of replacement. and the electronics as saabs were known for the cheap GM parts bin they were forced to borrow from. so dead lcd displays and soon to be inop gauges. better set aside 350 for those.

i think there should be a horsepower tax or speed tax. limit the acceleration rate of a vehicle and cap the speed at 125.

ive never wanted a prii or any toyota short of the 2000gt, but i can tell you the lust for this is high.

if car companies are absolutely dead set on making the car a rolling computer, they should at least make the system upgradeable or expandable. ram, gpu, cpu .... whats the point of having an ai if all it can do it tune to your preset station or set the automatic temperature control.

so tesla not asshole? say what you want about build quality and its ceo, they do know how to build a vehicle that can take a beating. i wonder if the low center of gravity and reinforced floor influenced the outcome of the fall

everything on that motor is plastic and has no history of service.

overhauling the carburetor? this thing isn’t diesel? 40,000 lbs is a lot of weight for a 70's era v8 to try and haul. hell they weren’t any good at moving 3500lb cars either in the day.

not a lot has changed in almost 100 years of school buses.
