the accessory battery is the small one and someone probably went to batteries+ to get a replacement. they just sell generic ones where the terminals are just different enough that you wont get the leads on correctly. autoparts stores carry the correct style battery which mounts correctly and has the right terminals.

Exactly. This isnt a routine service. This shouldve been an insurance claim, but was probably not reported to protect the resale value of the car. No one wants to drop that kind of coin for a accident car that may have been totalled by the insurance 

Probably an inflation kit.l as the car doesnt come with a spare and im sure there is a law that requires some sort or roadside service kit for minor flats
