Last week, I assumed the makeup company in the Louis CK lawyer sketch paid, but the soda company with the failed ad did not.

I still remember when Fallon was called a "dime-store himbo" in his early years of SNL. All charm, no edge, and last night was particularly lame. Consider me added to that pile-on.

and I thought, "Nile Rodgers got out of bed for THIS?"

Zeke was outed twice: within the community by Jeff, and to the whole world by CBS. We know the first one was non-consensual; we don't know about the second. There is no need for you to be so cross about an issue this serious.

That's why Zeke's answer matters most, and it wasn't included in his THR essay or anywhere else.

I don't take what he said in the moment as being the best way to test true consent. I am pleased that they worked with GLAAD on this, but I do question whether not airing it at all, and protecting Zeke's gender history, was presented or considered as an option.

Yes. And Colton's years ago, which was much closer to what I'm discussing. I think you trivialize actual mental health episodes by putting Debbie in that category.

I can certainly agree that this was likely extreme behavior. And I do share with you the hope that he has come to terms with what he did, and will be a better person in the future.

As a matter of law, of course you're right. I'm speaking to a more specific consent as to airing that, which (obviously) went beyond normal and expected gameplay.

It's had two sexual assaults - Hatch and Ted.

That's what he said in the moment. I wonder what he would have said off camera. If he was asked.

I can simultaneously agree with you that Zeke assumed the risk by going on tv while wishing that CBS would have the sensitivity and moral strength to not air it absent his consent.

CBS chose to air it, and even with Zeke's THR editorial we don't know if he was given the option of not being outed before millions of people.

I don't know whether is he a good person or not; "charming" doesn't answer that. But he did a reprehensible thing for bad reasons.

Bill Cosby? Jerry Lewis?

Breslin is about six years younger now than Grey was when she filmed the original, and that actually may make a difference in terms of portraying Baby as more of an "innocent".

Yeah, but he still all of the powers invested in him by Article II regardless.

Except if it was paid product placement for Maybelline.

It's Oceans Eleven x On Golden Pond, and if Mr. Caine doesn't tell someone that he was ONLY SUPPOSED TO BLOW THE BLOODY DOORS OFF, what a wasted opportunity.

Miller, on phone: "How do you know when it's kicked in?"
