2/5 Mustangs: If the wheelspin of the Mustang causes the driver to lose control of the car. Could be as simple as a tank slapper, coming to a stop sideways in the road, or a spin. Threat level: MODERATELY LOW

it was mercedes that complained because they ignored improving their pit stops because they had a second a lap faster car and didn’t need them.
now that they need them, suddenly red bull is “cheating”
bullshit. red bull has not had _one_ unsafe release in 2 years. you know who have had unsafe releases? all the teams not…
But sidewall flex = ride comfort!
Some of these are definitely interesting opinions, but I’d just like to point out that this is not a slideshow.
This is a lazy-ass list that amounts to ‘every car.’
Easily remedied by aftermarket and likely your wheel choice will look better than whatever current styling trends are for wheels these days.
In Michigan, I’d welcome the extra beef to the tire given the lunar state of our roads.
I’ll bet that will be a hell of a retirement party. I predict the budget will be $30,000. This will include:
I like everything but the wheels. The ones from the launch photos are 1,000,000% better.
I think it’s a UAW thing more than a GM thing. From what I’ve heard the salaried lots at Ford’s campus for white collar jobs do no such thing, but at the factories where UAW is king it’s still enforced.
That is likely correct. If that “citation” is real, it likely was created by a UAW member. The “foreign” is code for non-union. It’s UAW protecting their own.
Foreign v Domestic can be pretty subjective these days. The origin of the badge usually trumps where it was built, or where the company is headquartered. Aside from jokes about California being like its own country, I can’t come up with any rationalization to consider a Tesla a foreign car.
At least Sainz and Lando got on the podium, and I was genuinely surprised to hear Max had never finished on the podium in Monaco. We also got to hear Hamilton whine about being unable to get past Gasly. Monaco giveth and Monaco taketh away, I guess.
It was a fine parade, but when does the race actually start?
This review told me essentially nothing other than “It’s okay I guess”. How does it compare to the competition? Were there any unique or redeeming qualities about this generation over the prior or against the competition?
It’s already given that people who are interested in this class of SUV are financially capable of…
I’m just going to go ahead and drink 6 beers and try and re-read this review. Gotta get into the same mindset as someone who hit “publish” and thought it was a good idea. Even the pictures look drunk.
This whole schtick was funnier when they actually had Jalopnik’s lawyer review cars, specifically because they didn’t really care about them. Or HamNo.
Photos, too. The detail photos are nice but they don't put enough medium or wide angle photos in the reviews.
I don’t have any particular feelings about Jaguar one way or another, but why review expensive cars on this site at all if every other sentence is going to be something snarky about how much it costs, or how little the supposedly clueless buyers will care about something?
I’d take it at this price even with the cracked K. This is from when Lincoln set their sights on BMW and styling-wise, to my eyes, got ‘em. You could be excused for mistaking this for a concurrent 5-series.
Doooo eeeeet.
