No. It stretches, cracks, and wears though. I have to keep replacing my wallet and boots because of that.
Never underestimate some people’s pathological need to have the new shiny thing simply for the sake of having it. Gollum isn’t exactly an original character, as it turns out.
Oh, they do support Raytracing as well as Nvidia does, at the same level actually. Same stuff, different names, but the result is the same - visual and performance-wise.
What DLSS does is basically render an image at lower resolution and the upfaking it to a higher resolution. While it looks admirably in stills and in…
Exactly. It’s not like they couldn’t just illuminate a light that said the words “check engine” 40 years ago. That’s only useful if the person driving can read those words.
Really hope the PS5 & Series X get a mid cycle hardware refresh to properly support ray tracing. The AMD GPU’s they current use simply aren’t designed to properly run the feature, and unlike Nvidia cards on PC there’s no DLSS equivalent to compensate.
Seems to me they're just doubling down on the notion that this update is worth the cost, when so many other games are getting free next gen updates.
Is it me, or does that make no sense? How does the engine affect the data format of your save file?
The problem is, not everyone speaks English and the car doesn’t necessarily know what language the driver speaks. Hence why most of the things on your dash are standardized (if often somewhat cryptic) icons instead of words. Of course, with modern cars you should be able to just set them to your preferred language—but…

Is it so hard to just pump out American versions of the Hilux, Navarra, Amarok, etc., instead of pretending Americans are different somehow other than bigger engines? Blah…
Is anyone else surprised by the whitewall tires?
at least the video is in landscape mode.

This entire thread is rather... Unsettling.
I saw a, um, Sentra? Altima? yesterday that was new but had just taken a hit on the rear fender. I sort of felt bad for it, it wasn’t a horrible looking car.
The SYNC you have pictured (SYNC3) is just fine. In fact, it’s probably the best infotainment system I’ve ever used. Current-gen SYNC4, though, is a stuttering, freezing, nonresponsive nightmare.
They’re great in general until some idiot runs into your rear end. The bumper may be rated for the 5MPH impact, which is useless as the spare hanging of the rear door sticks out further than the bumper! Happened on my Grand Vitara. IIRC, the hard cover alone was $600 (unpainted), the rear door was scrapped as it caved…
Let me see if I’ve got this right...
