what you’re describing means, to me, that my days of ‘every-day-car’ enthusiasm are ending. It used to be that I could compare cars that I’d daily drive and select the one that most appealed to my sense of performance, style, and fiscal responsibility. You could get a variety of different cars, with different

Forza Horizon is the best but Forza Motorsport is also great. It’s where I can actually try to be a better driver on real world race courses in a car that’s not bouncing up and down all race.

They need to fix the crash model, and the car sounds. I dont like driving around in rubber cars that sound like Dysons.

I know the lede image is fake, but it still makes me cringe that a car is sitting there revving to 7,000 rpm with no oil pressure.

Then the damn things won’t plow like mules on a field.

Or twin-turbocharged 7.0L V-10's?

“1. It increases the base revs a few hundred RPM so the engine is a little closer to the peak of the torque curve in each gear (it doesn’t add power anywhere). This is on the base Sport package, and I can activate it separately by pressing either the Sport or Sport Chrono buttons on my dash.”

Can’t ANYONE make a new movie without it being a sequel?”

“we can’t keep burning fossil fuels forever”

Surely most of the really fast EVs that currently exist are already traction-limited. I mean, a Model S Plaid will do 0-60 in two seconds. At what point do people just stop caring about 0-60 times for EVs? It just seems like a bit of a party trick that you might try out on a track three or four times (if that) and

Can’t ANYONE make a new movie without it being a sequel? Are there NO other names that can signify power without falling back on the brand for an entirely different technology? Where’s my “Valance Shell Electron!” package?

“The days of an iron block supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 are numbered,”

Seeing as Porsche is part of the Volkswagen group and was impacted by the “diesel gate” issue, yeah, a bit adjacent......

Hard no.

How fast do you have to be going before the reduced drag outweighs the amount of energy used to power two extra screens and some cameras?

Feels a bit like a solution in search of a problem.

I’ve have never had a car that cut throttle with brake application — I must have just driven the right cross section of vehicles — and reading that took me aback. I had a physical reaction that led my partner to ask what was wrong. I then had to tell them what caused me to go through a little face journey, and they

I’m in Michigan, so 5-10 over is the norm, and these people are usually right at the speed limit, or below. If I can get by them, I certainly will, but unfortunately I usually end up stuck behind them.

I tend to drive 5mph above the speed limit just to avoid people like that. I’d rather drive away from them, instead of staying behind them.
