You'll update to a clean, non-jailbreak firmware.

This is the best thing ever. Will you keep my mac secure for me in college?

Now playing

CM7 has an on animation as well. On the Nexus One it's not as good, but on my friend's EVO it never gets old! So cool.

@gmizzlefoshizzle: Not great, but not bad at all! My friend tethered his 3GS to my iPod Touch at school using MyWi, the app detailed in this post. I was able to load gizMobile at about the same speed as my Kindle's web browser, which uses AT&T. His phone was much faster, but it was tethering, after all.

@Giggity: From what I've heard, they're not great. I'd never buy one just because of the lack of hardware buttons for the home/multitasking/back buttons. I just can't deal with the touch buttons on most android phones nowadays. Playing a game or browsing on my friend's EVO, I always accidentally hit a button.

I've done that with Halo 1. Except 7 years.

Not all gamers go with Live. And the "Silver" accounts, I think, might allow you to play online for free, but bar you from pre-game lobbies and chats.

This is why I love Gizmodo:

Yes. It would...

And the second generation devices have been abandoned. I at least thought they'd hold out until iOS 5.

A favorite tool of mine is the wubi installer for windows. Just download a little .exe file, select a distro, select your partition size, and install. It doesn't install the linux Grub, and I really like that. Quick install and uninstall for those not too heavily invested in a second OS.

Meh. I'm not registering on any other site. This is enough for me. I need to hang around here and get myself a star.

O hai! Yeah, I still lurk around #whitenoise a bit. Come hither. O.o

Well you would have killed all other windows already, making it a chore to restart explorer and then go find wherever you launch the internet from. It would also allow for no taksbar notifications and stuff.

You made me cry. This is so sad!

But why show iPhone OS 1, when we're on 4.3 already? There's still a "Text" app. iTunes still has the down arrow instead of the music note. This is probably really old.

No room as in no physical room? They just couldn't shove it in there? I guess. Apple has always been good at cramming the most stuff they can into the smallest frames possible, and if they didn't put it in on the 13" I guess it's because they couldn't.
