hey, its a helluva lot better than the C-HR. I don’t know why Toyota still thinks people in the US want funky Scion designs for their affordable small vehicles. I would welcome this over the C-HR in a heartbeat.
Its scores are pretty good, except for having cheap headlights.
The older ones weren’t fantastic, especially when they introduced the side barrier/pole crash testing. The 2012 fit performed pretty miserably in side impacts. The newer ones are fine, e.g. 2015 has a 5 star NHTSA rating:
