Every manufacturer has problems with new products. It just seems like many media outlets (Gizmodo) seem to word their reporting differently for them, or maybe it just seems that way to me. For example, if MS had a similar issue on a Surface it would read "Surface users plagues by horrible keyboard issues", instead of

Fair enough. I completely understand that WP isn't an option if you are already invested in the Android or iOS ecosystem. There are MS alternatives to most google apps and is many cases they are superior (IMO Office > Docs, Skydrive > Google Drive, etc.). IE has worked flawless for me with my Lumia, and I really

What apps are we lacking? Give me some examples.

Emptying the cat box. Eww.

What apps are you talking about? Just curious.

That's a good point. It drives me crazy as a WP8 and Win 8 user that people complain that the app store doesnt come close to Android or Apple. We may not have the eleventy billion apps, but we do that the important once (aside from dropbox, but hey 25gb of free skydrive is a good conciliation). I would venture to say

To each his own, but you probably get better gaming performance with 8. It has better memory management than 7. Not sure how well it performs on a Mac though, I haven't read many reviews about that.

Just curious, but what mechanism of creatine aides in recovery?

This will sound terribly sexist, but I think its because studio's don't think a woman can carry her own superhero movie. I think studio's believe that when people see Wonder Woman the movie, they will think "Oh hey, a super hero movie for girls!". These movies aren't just for us nerds, they are for a main stream

I completely agree with you. I think Apple has pretty much decided to ignore the professional tablet market and just aim for your average non-geek. Moms, dads, grandparents, and kids who don't even know what a file system is. Android and Windows are fighting for the professional side of the tablet market.

I like this article because it is realistic about the drawbacks of an Apple product, actually, any "new" product really. It is refreshing to read, especially with a sister site to this one praising it in all its glory. It just burns me up, how much WP8, and WinRT, and Win 8 (yes, MS fanboi here) gets smashed by

This has been pretty much answered tons of times. WP7 much like Win8 RT (Not 8.1 RT) were rushed to market just to have something out there. WP8 and 8.1 RT are what MS should have started out with.

My guess is that they don't want to alienate early adopters of the surface and other RT devices. The plan is to merge two OS's together in the future.

I am being serious here, so please be respectful with your reply, but how is buying a chromebook any different than buying a Win RT device?

The Start screen is actually great for a HTPC UI. It is easy to navigate with the wireless keyboard/track pad I use. Much easier to read icons and navigate than the standard desktop mode. Also, it looks kick ass on my wall mounted TV.

A ketogenic diet will essentially turn your blood into an acid over time, which is just as bad for the kidneys as hyperglycemia.

I think a lot of times it is intentionally leaked. I could see MS doing to give a sense of "hope" to people who are invested in the MS ecosystem.

I also prefer 10 inches due to using it for real work such as note taking, emailing, and other office apps. 8 inch keyboards are just too cramped.

I would take a look at the new Win 8.1 tabs from Dell and Toshiba. You can get them in an 8 inch form factor, and it is a full blown PC, not a tablet.

I kind of see both sides of this argument. Yes Windows phone does have deals (I have a Lumia 920 and love it), but we are only 3% of the mobile market. I do believe Giz doesn't give the platform enough attention though. Even with MSFT products in general. Just last week Dell released 2 windows tablets with the new Bay
