What apps are you talking about? The main one I will give you is Dropbox. we can read our files but can't save to it. We also have skydive with 10x the storage and full integration. My needs have been met for the most part, but I know some others wheels are different than mine.

Another point to make is that by avoiding cholesterol heavy foods, you also typically avoid saturated fat and transfats, which seem to be the big problem. So maybe it's not all that bad advice.
