What apps are you looking for?

Kinda disappointed Giz hasn't even mentioned the launch of Dell's new Win 8.1 tablets. They are pretty sweet looking, and priced to compete.

Also, people talk as if the founding fathers were these perfect noble dudes who did not make mistakes.. This is why the constitution has amendments...because it wasn't perfect when they wrote it. Also, Ben Franklin, although pretty smart, died of syphilis which he contracted from prostitutes. Thomas Jefferson was a

Seriously io9, give this dude his own article. He's earned it.

My guess is that he is not 100% LMD, basically based on how the other Agents seemed genuinely concerned if he was ready to be back. Perhaps Ultron already exists as a shield project and hasn't turned evil yet. Maybe he is the one who crafted Coulson as Vision.

"I immediately switched to Skydrive"*

Well, WP has a drop box reader, but cannot save to Dropbox (at least I know it used to not be able to, they may have added that feature by now.) I immediately switched to dropbox as it integrates with MS office and outlook which my workplace uses. I also got 25 gb of space with Skydrive for having office. We have

What apps do you use on iOS/Android that are deal breakers if not available on RT/WP?

Gulf Shores, AL. I know it is considered the "redneck Riviera", but it isn't nearly as commercialized as most of the Florida coastal cities. Great local food, white sands, and its only a 10 hr. drive from Lexington, KY which is where I live.

I have no qualms with that. I would love to see a similar article with Windows Phone. I think MS is trying to give customers the best of both worlds. I don't think they offer the best at either world, but do have a good compromises.

From my personal use, WP works well for me. Phone never crashes, syncs perfect over MS

Exactly, any moron that thinks the Earth is round, or that it isn't the center of the universe is a racist idiot! I get it, that it may seem highly unlikely that this is possible, but to insult someone for their beliefs or theories just because you disagree with it is close minded and arrogant. Most of our greatest

Not sure your body size or gender, so I am going to assume you are the average male between 20-40 y/o. Your calorie demand is probably around 2200 calories daily depending on your activity level. The average run of the mill oatmeal is about 150 calories per serving. It is not enough to be a complete breakfast. Throw

To be fair, the article never says that over indulgence does not contribute to the epidemic. It more or less just says this is not our own problem (as a species). For all we know, animals are over indulging as well.

Another WP inspired design. Sweet.

What apps are you talking about? The main one I will give you is Dropbox. we can read our files but can't save to it. We also have skydive with 10x the storage and full integration. My needs have been met for the most part, but I know some others wheels are different than mine.

Another point to make is that by avoiding cholesterol heavy foods, you also typically avoid saturated fat and transfats, which seem to be the big problem. So maybe it's not all that bad advice.

For all the grief that Windows Phone gets from iOS and Android fans, I do see a lot of software companies and UI designers copying it's style. Its a case of "Its not good unless we do it".

Great point. Also, it is important to point out that for the reason you mentioned, 6 small meals a day is extra important for those doing any sort of weight training program. When blood sugar levels get low, the body turns to alternate sources of glucose. One of these is stored fat, the other, unfortunately is amino

Potatoes are a healthy food when prepared properly. Carbs are not the devil, the human body runs on them.

I think that if Apple, MS, or Google produced a smart watch that the limitations would easily be overcame by A.) Community development (especially if Google keeps it open source) B) incentives ($$) by the big boys to lure developers in. Pebble has been somewhat of a success, but they really don't have a name that
