The fuck are you talking about? Not paying taxes on a capital loss isn’t a bailout nor is it something that benefits only the rich. No one in any income level would invest if they had to pay taxes on a net capital loss end of year.

Why? This is not a ‘loophole’. Any normal citizen benefits (and rightfully should) if they take a loss. If I invest $10k in a stock and lose all $10k because that stock goes to zero that means I can accumlate that $10k back in gains and not have to owe taxes on it since i’m just zeroing out my losses/gains for the…
