Little children enjoy adverbs:

There is a South Park episode that is just the boys watching a show about Russell Crowe as a Popeye figure punching people and animals. I love it so much.

A mention of the darkest time followed by one five second clip mentioning season four, with characters smelling something awful. Very subtle.

Saw 3D (a.k.a. Saw VII)

I opened my season 4 DVD case to watch "Paranormal Parentage" for my "Con" review on Friday, and noticed a Michael J. Fox Show advertisement inside it. I laughed, more so than when I watched the episode.

FUCK YOU!
[upvotes anyway]

Yes I would, Kent.

I also agree that this was the series best episode to date, its continued problems notwithstanding. Watching Goodweather and Martinez slowly realize just how much deep shit they are getting into was some good television.

Nope. Directly out of the jar.

It was okay. I ate some Nutella.

It was my worst nightmare: dull.

Anyone watch Metalocalypse? Would you recommend it?

Happy 2 Shark 2 Nado Day, y'all!

It's fine, but what's the deal with their bleach-white look?

So, has The AV Club announced who will be the next reviewer of Community? Should we install a The Bachelor type of elimination competition to decide which writer receives the gig?

1. Hmmm…
-Buster Keaton from Our Hospitality to Steamboat Bill, Jr.
-The Archers from Colonel Blimp to The Red Shoes
-Carl Theodor Dreyer from The Passion of Joan of Arc to Gertrud (that is, if you pretend, like Dreyer, that Two People never existed)
-Robert Bresson from A Man Escaped to Mouchette
-Francis Ford Coppola

Chillin' with my bros, watching Fitzcarraldo and Bernie.

The show is amazingly consistent considering how it's been airing for over ten seasons. Its low-concept nature (the episodic tales of five awful people) might have something to do with it.

Okay, Internet. Pack up your stuff and leave. No way you could possibly top this.

What is the point with all these halfway through the year retrospectives? You're just gonna talk about a lot of these shows again six months from now.
