Yeah, the first show, A Cook’s Tour, is quite an interesting rewatch in retrospect.  He’s a different person almost.  In early No Reservations he is kind of like that, and things change about a season or so in to No Reservations.

The lack of ‘The Gypsy and the Hobo’ from Mad Men is a crime. I’m on hold with the Hague right now.

I haven’t seen replies or notifications of ‘stars’ for weeks.  From anyone.  (I also know that I have received both).

I’ve been a podcaster for 16 years.  Believe me when I say nobody wants to watch someone edit in GarageBand or Audacity.  It’s just not that interesting.
