It’s sort of surreal seeing the episode where he goes to one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants and you see these two guys, so much younger.

Yeah, and while he’s often enthusiastic about the food, he seems to know very little about it.  It’s a nice contrast.

One of the truly annoying things about tipping is that it is also a thing, and at the same rate, in Canada. In the province I live in the minimum wage for servers is 12.45 an hour.
