Middle school kids are the wooooooorrrst. (Most of them grow out of it, thankfully.)

I normally hate public proposals with the fire of a thousand burning suns, but... this kinda felt like she (and her daughter) were in on it and she wasn't blindsided.

Whenever I see this cat I feel bad for her. She doesn't look grumpy to me, she looks scared. Also, her fur looks very rough and in poor condition... kind of like my elderly cat's looked right before she died of kidney failure.

idiot owner: My cat doesn't like it when I pick her up.

My cat loves the shower. Whenever someone is in the shower, she will sit on the shower/tub edge between the clear shower curtain liner and the fabric shower curtain and just watch the drops of water fall. Weirdo.

Anything on HBO I watch via HBO Go. Why? Because I'm on the west coast, and why should I wait until something airs at 9 PST when I can watch it at 6 PST on HBO GO. They put everything online when it airs on eastern time.

My Barbies used to beat up my brother's He-Man characters. Sometimes Barbie and He-Man would team up to beat Skeletor.

Sam Carter does not agree.

Brown sugar all the way. :D

I beg to differ.

dooo iiit. Like I said, it's nothing but sugar, but something about the warm biscuit, melted butter, and brown sugar is just heavenly.

I'm so glad someone has at least heard of something similar. Every time i mention it, people go WTF??

But it has pecans, which give it some texture and flavor that is not just SUGARRRRRRr.

It sounds a lot like pecan pie without the pecans. I am down with pecan pie.

I'm gagging at both of these. Mostly because mayo (ew no) but also celery. blah

THAT I could go for.

Yeaaah I am not down with stuffing. No oysters, cranberries, sausage, raisins, or any of that mess going with my turkey. Dressing, though? Bring it.

I'm not a huge fan of custardy texture. I need some crunch somewhere in my desserts. :/ And like, cornmeal is for cornbread (and cornbread is for dressing) so to me, cornmeal = savory. I just can't get my mind around this in a sweet dessert.

I don't like bland foods. I could maybe be okay with a bland-ish pie if it had a flavorful crust. I need some kind of texture.

It just seems like it would have no flavor except sugar and vanilla, and unless I'm eating vanilla ice cream, I think I need a little more than that. I'd rather have lemon meringue. Or what we had, which was a... I don't even know what you call it, but it had a layer of shortbread-like crust, a layer of cheesecake,
