Static electricity has a long standing relationship with hair and fur, so, not sure that’d be an issue (pun not intended). In fact, he could have directional control over the fur covering said electrical sacs that would help him aim said static discharges.

It’s somehow a sign of the times that when I saw the headline I immediately thought, “Oh god, now a white police officer shot and killed a black military veteran just for being a black good samaritan?”

I bought my Prius brand new back in 2007. Still going strong with around 130,000 - it even paid off the added expense of the hybrid drive chain in gas savings a few years back.

The true cost of the game is the $110 Croft Edition.  The $60 edition is the stripped down version.  It’s also worth noting that the $110 Croft Edition is marked down 47% to $58.78!  So it’s not a $20 markdown, it’s a $50 mark down a month after release.

At a minimum, they could let local stores sell download codes for the game if for some reason there was an actual supply issue. Otoh, if there is a supply issue, then the existing supply should be distributed “evenly” across all retailers, small retailers shouldn’t be the only stores left short.

An “XP Booster” is the equivalent of a Cheat Code. It’s absolutely not something that should be sold, because in order to sell it, it’s guaranteed that design decisions were made to ensure that there was a market for it. This is exactly the same as the BS microtransactions that showed up in the last Dues Ex game.

DeFranco I can understand, but, what’s your beef with Boogie? I’ve never seen any evidence where Boogie went out of his way to intentionally defraud or mislead his viewers.

This is not really a surprise. Nintendo has refreshed/rereleased the 3DS every 2-2.5 years. I can’t see them doing another 3DS refresh after the last 2DS XL clamshell, and the Switch is more than popular enough to permanently take the 3DS’s place.

I think purchased games are already fully associated to your Nintendo account now, not the Switch hardware.

That might be a bit too much processing for those $50 dongles.  Can't afford to buffer anything when game streaming.

The Moonlight chrome app pretty much already had this working with NVidia GameStream. Although with the latest build it seems they’ve moved the app outside of chrome. Might be in response to changes made on the GeForce Experience side though since the chrome app stopped working recently.

It’s a miracle they managed not to shoot the kid.
She really sounds like a self promoting opportunist with no background whatsoever that grabbed a few popular positions on the fly. I’m glad she crashed but it’s actually worrying that she got so much votes. She’s a hack.
If she wanted to win like Ocasio-Cortez, maybe she should have run like her. A waffling and uneducated stance on medicare-for-all is not going to excite people. (Medicare-for-All will cost the country FAR LESS than our current health insurance system. You can’t go running around talking about it compared to our

Dang, now I almost maybe have a reason to consider possibly thinking about picking up a PSVR if it comes with a steep Black Friday discount again this year.

Keep in mind that the Founders Editions cards are $100 ($200 in the case of the Ti) above MSRP.  The actual base price for the cards advertised during the show was $499, $699, and $999.

Something to note, those are the prices for the Founders Editions direct from NVidia. Founders Editions cards are priced $100 above MSRP ($200 in the case of the TI), so the actual MSRP of the various cards are $499, $699, and $999.

There are far too many rural areas throughout the States that have piss poor access to quality broadband connections for streaming to be a viable “next big thing”. And it’s not just about the size of the pipe, it’s about the latency of the service. You can’t play a game effectively when your inputs are lagging behind

I’d like to see Samus Returns ported to the Switch.  But, seeing as we pretty much haven’t seen any 3DS to Switch ports yet, I’m guessing that the architecture is fundamentally too different to make it a simple or easy proposition - even though I don’t recall SR having a huge dependence on the touch screen for
