If Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova ends up taking over from Natasha as the leader of the new Avengers lineup I will have no problem with that

And a thousand times better than the shitass garbage-balls Lorre shows they decided to keep on.

Agree.  It was a nice hangout show....kind of what Cougar Town became.  It probably could have/should have been a bit more funny.  Bummer with so many good people involved.

I read  somewhere this morning that The Unicorn had a lot of support at CBS and they were considering working on a shorter third season. I guess that isn’t happening, but I hope for the sake of the people involved and the fans that they find a home somewhere.

That's really too bad about The Unicorn. It was never a gutbuster, but it was charming and well-written and the cast was incredibly likable.

Damn it! Now I'll never get to see Walton Goggins turn into a unicorn. He had the perfect forehead too!

I don’t think Disney could release Free Guy on Disney+ right away anyway since it’s technically being released by 20th Century. HBO still has the 20th Century “1st pay window” rights through 2022 and releasing Free Guy on Disney+ before it airs in HBO would violate their contract. It’s the same reason why New Mutants

Free guy looks like stupid fun. Ryan Reynolds is good even in bad movies.

Assuming Crawford isn’t a garbage person, I’m really happy to hear he’s getting some more work now. His Teddy was the most surprisingly human part of ‘Rectify’. He’s a hell of an actor.

I believe all his rectify cast came out of the woodwork to back his character...

I’m so glad this is finally getting a release. It was my favorite film of Sundance 2020, a finely observed, real, and heartbreaking examination of family and community in small-town America much in the vein of Crawford’s previous, criminally overlooked series Rectify.

Because in the arena of public opinion, expressing a dislike of Ms. Yi is taken as opposition to those ideas.

Currently rewatching season 1.  Love this show

It’s a fun relationship between the two of them and nice that it is platonic, kinda similar to Liz Lemon and Jack Donaghy on 30 Rock

Oh man, I didn’t realize this show was penned by Ganz (who has written most of the few great Sunny eps the past few seasons). Might have to give this one a whirl.

It got markedly better after Ep. 5. I wasn’t into the beginning episodes really, but either my perception changed after A Dark Quiet Death or the show did, because it started to take on a much more thoughtful, personal tone to it. The quarantine special especially, but it definitely seemed much “softer” as it went on,

The pandemic episode had me sobbing

Ah I’m excited for this! The special episode that came out a few weeks back was really nice.

The nicest surprise after finally adding Apple TV to my roster (remember when it was fine to just have Netflix?). Jo is such fun, and Poppy is ADORABLE. The lockdown zoom episode was legitimately great.

This is a great show.
