Meh, I don’t need to watch further to know I dislike the directing and pace of the episodes and the two leads seem too exhausted to try to...you know...act. Now part of that is they are rushing through every line of dialog like it’s a race. While I am not crazy about the plots so far, they are the least offensive…

I’d argue she is actually more famous than duchovney now. Especially after Hannibal and The Fall. Other than Californication, has Duchovney done anything of note? Not to mention she hasn’t had any addiction problems, is generally a better actress, and somehow managed to Benjamin button herself.

I’d argue that Duchovny is a bigger star than her, but that’s still not a great justification. In the context of the show, they’re both the stars. I mean, would people buy a Scully-less X-Files?
