I’m on the fence on the review removal. They definitely shouldn’t count for scoring as that would be ripe for abuse, but there should be some way to record legitimate reviews that are basically reasons for wanting a refund, such as something being full of bugs/technical issues, or flat out not working.

I agree mostly with all you’ve said. These aren’t problems. These are tiny blips that will affect a very small minority of people in order to satisfy a huge need to have SOME sort of refund policy in-line with the consumer rights you have over most physical goods.
