There’s nothing wrong with pointing out the fact that Nintendo makes consoles that are generally outdated the day they come out.
Graphics don’t equate to a game being bad or good
It’s not like graphics are completely unimportant. They are A reason that people enjoy video games, the same as gameplay, music, etc, and in that respect they are something that does matter, otherwise Nintendo wouldn’t have bothered to make something with better looking graphics than Ocarina of Time.
I’m sure you might take heat from the diehard fans but, indelicate phrasing aside, you’re right. As a tablet the Switch is underwhelming (would anyone buy a 720p tablet for $300 in 2017 if it didn’t have “Nintendo” printed on it?) and as a home console it’s downright pathetic compared to the competition.
Riiiight, because the people that insist on misgendering trans folks are always SO polite and not at all hateful about it.

If someone disagrees with another person’s right to exist, that’s hatred. It may not be hot, emotional hatred, but it’s no less for it. There’s a reason we have first-degree murder as well as second-degree.
Plus, quite honestly, this is really about disagreeing with trans folks’ right to exist in public. Whatsallthatblackstuff can phrase it how they like, and be coldly analytical and polite about their perception of biology or “logic”, but in the end their argument is that some people disagree with whether trans people…
And, again, there’s a difference between rationally expressing one’s point and being an insulting fucking knob about it.
Speaking as a trans woman, what’s going on is pretty obvious from my perspective. Notice how many outspoken conservative homophobes get caught with a young male “assistant?” The kind of guys who are committed to this level of harassment - well let’s just say that pizza probably isn’t the only thing they enjoy more…
