You sad fool. So you drove one poorly calibrated, small engine volvo diesel and want to cast aspersions on all of them?

This car looks nice and if ones needs are specific, it’s handy.  The rest is a fair disaster.  It’s at least 10,000 dollars too expensive.  It has 50 hp too few.  It’s at least 400 lbs too heavy, and instead of really cool tech, it relies on gimmicks as interior styling.  Shame on BMW for kneecapping this car on so

The JCW cars are never a strong value proposition. My biggest gripe has been the consistent trend of under powering the cars. At the price point, every member of the JCW line should be a 300hp+ fire breathing monster. 300 for the fwd 2-door and 350 if not more, for the Clubman and Countryman. The 300hp version of the

44...thousand...dollars.

So, why do we need to wait 25 years if they don't want to sell one here?  I can't think of anything good about that policy at the moment..

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but the closed deck single scroll 2.0L GTDI engine in the 2013-18 Ford Focus ST is better than the open deck twin scroll 2.3L in this new one. It will hold more power reliably and has been the go to block for building up a stroker 2.3L rather than using the open deck factory 2.3L block in

Oh but it’s okay guys, because we offer the new EcoSport in America instead!”

Man I miss awesome Mitsubishi.

But it is delicious!

Main reason I like manuals is because whenever I drive an auto or CVT, there’s that little voice in my head that says “I could’ve handled that better than the stupid computer.” Whether it be taking too long to downshift and forcing me to tap the throttle so it pays attention or staying in a low gear for too long and

Turbo 3L H6 with ZF 8HP would certainly put the car in a different bracket.

That used to use Jatco. Now they manufacture their own. Honestly Subaru makes some of the best CVTs around in my opinion.

You need clinical help if that is the first place your mind went.

It is.

SCR and DPF delete. And then register the truck in a county that doesn’t do emissions testing!

The government and private enterprise playing loose and fast with a man’s idea do kind of make you give pause to the whole society as we’ve set it up.

SEC Investigations, accusations of false advertising, Big Three trying to suppress. You sure we aren’t talking about Tesla?

I find any auto with 6 or more gears quite annoying as it is always changing gears at unpredictable times making it difficult for me to drive it smoothly or keep constant torque while driving in slippery conditions.  I don't mind the 4 speed auto in my Oldsmobile as it is easy to predict the gear changes and direction
