Thought I’d comment that a common thing to do is get one of those super cheap harbor freight cleaners which have a short runtime.

I would destroke it something fierce, so it comes down a bit in displacement but can rev.... and since it’s so friggen big you should be able to make a high rpm bike-engine-like screamer that still has enough lowrpm torque to power something.

Dude you need to go buy and drive an Evo CT9A chassis. Basically the same thing but actually sold and somewhat affordable on a mortals budget.
