Roger, I haven’t gone that deep on them. The lease on my current car is about to run out and I considered test-driving one and that’s what the local reps told me. Cancelled my test drive anyways since you can’t get the regular battery and can’t lease them yet. Maybe next time.

In N’ Out is very good, but is also very cheap, which is an issue that often gets glossed over. They compete reasonably well with burger chains that have standard tickets 2-2.5X the price.

I think you’re right, and I think it’s primarily a marketing move. Chihuahuas are popular dogs, so folks may be coming into rescues looking for them. By the time they figure out otherwise, they’re already home with a pupper they love. 

Our most recent shelter dog was labeled as a Chihuahua mix. We did Wisdom Panel and she’s 0% Chihuahua, but half purebred Pomeranian! 

That’s for specific cuts where your concern is breaking down the large amounts of connective tissue into gelatin, like ribs or shoulders, and not applicable to steak-like cuts, like rib or loin chops.
