This is a good take and I agree with you.

Same in St. Louis.
I’ve always heard what you’re talking about referred to as a camp stove. They have feet so they can be stood directly in coals and the lid sinks down so you can cover the top with coals, too. Six of one and half dozen of the other, though.
That’s why I prefaced with my comment with “While I don’t disagree with you about the Bolt.” I think it’s a better buy at the moment and find the Volt rather compelling, too.
Roger, I haven’t gone that deep on them. The lease on my current car is about to run out and I considered test-driving one and that’s what the local reps told me. Cancelled my test drive anyways since you can’t get the regular battery and can’t lease them yet. Maybe next time.
While I don’t disagree with you about the Bolt, the wait time is down to 2-3 months now for a Model 3.
Yes.
I wish Chrome could somehow support Copy+Pasting images on iOS. It’s the only reason I stick with Safari.
In N’ Out is very good, but is also very cheap, which is an issue that often gets glossed over. They compete reasonably well with burger chains that have standard tickets 2-2.5X the price.
I started using the “delete my messages after 30 days” feature on iOS a while ago. Once the world got to sending pictures all the time, it was really gumming up my storage. Do people tend to keep all of their texts?
Bored. I didn’t find the ones I killed to be tough, and the concept that the long meandering path following my HUD-sword thing is lonely and contemplative sort of fell flat with me. It more just felt like padding a short game. I keep meaning to pick it back up, though, because nearly everyone on the planet says I’m…
I’m still 3 Colossi deep in the remake. I never got past 2 of them on PS2.
Plus, Pence is at least a conventional politician. We can at least assume he’ll be more predictable. I’ll take less erratic any day.
Chrono Cross is criminally underrated. One of my favorite games of the PS1 era. I wish there was a way to play it on my PS4.
I think you’re right, and I think it’s primarily a marketing move. Chihuahuas are popular dogs, so folks may be coming into rescues looking for them. By the time they figure out otherwise, they’re already home with a pupper they love.
Our most recent shelter dog was labeled as a Chihuahua mix. We did Wisdom Panel and she’s 0% Chihuahua, but half purebred Pomeranian!
That’s for specific cuts where your concern is breaking down the large amounts of connective tissue into gelatin, like ribs or shoulders, and not applicable to steak-like cuts, like rib or loin chops.
I’ve been grilling/sous vide-ing pork chops in the 130's for forever. I feel ahead of the curve!
TIL this show is still on the air. I know my comment has the air of detached elitism, to the tune of “I wouldn’t watch this garbage,” but I really assumed it went away years ago.
If you’ve played 2, you know the improvements. They basically put all of the features and controls of 2 into 1, along with some fun Nintendo Easter Eggs.
