About a year and a half in to my lease, around the mileage you have now, my car randomly went into limp home mode during my commute. The initial diagnosis was some sensor. The end result was 5 or so days in the shop, dropping the whole engine and replacing every injector on it.
Very high. I got rid of my car before the lease actually ended because in St. Louis, a rear-wheel drive coupe is not the smartest thing to have. At the time (not sure if this has changed) there were no winter tires available that would fit the wheels, so swapping to winter tires would require buying wheels for a lease…
Presumably, Volvo is bundling all of them and reaping the discount benefits.

I always wear disposable gloves when working with peppers, after accidentally touching my eye after slicing jalapenos once. I just scrape everything out of the inside with my finger and toss my gloves. No cleaning at all!
