Well she seems to enjoy it, which is what makes it adorable. If it was a little girl stressed out because her dad was vacuuming her head, that would be borderline abuse. No one is limiting what you can put in your body or how much. The only limit here is the size of the container in which you can consume it. If any rights are being violated its the rights of businesses, but even then there is plenty precedent as there is tons of regulation in thee manner in which things can be sold.
