*concerned look…starts playing "Tom Sawyer"*

No - the exact opposite. That's my point.

But then, as Beck would point out, this is just more blaming the victim.

Being authentic is really, really hard when it makes you look uncool.

That's awful that he would say that! A gentlemen never doesn't kiss and tell!

So you're saying we have four years left in which for her to spiral into horrific alcoholism and drug use and then die out of the blue? You seem incredibly pessimistic about Taylor Swift.

Oh, so you're one of those old school, Romero-loving bigots that still wants to refer to them by the g-word (the revolting "ghouls" for those of you pretending, "It's just a word. 'G-word' could mean anything!" - you know what word I was referring to…everybody knows!), right?! #notruezombie

Oooh! It's a commentary on healthcare or something!

That's a vicious stereotype about zombies that you should be ashamed of yourself for perpetuating! #notallzombies

We're not using the "zed" word!

I'm already enraged. If not at what I'm told to be enraged about, then about the suggestion that somehow people can roughly be told what to be enraged about and then - almost automatically - are enraged by those insinuations…rather than failings or injustice!

In that case, the lack of marketable accessories/gimmicks likely hurt it although, to an extent, I will also assume that was "marketing" - as in, "These are boys figures! For boys!" But I don't know much about the series/figures so that's entirely an assumption on my part - possibly an unfair one - due to other

There's a tl:dr at the end of this in bold if you want to ignore my mumbling.

I was mostly referring to a film that was directly in the hands of Joss Whedon. I know there have been shots that are like, "Hey…did you notice this character has a butt?!" in various things but they're generally not Whedon's forte - I presume unless he's somehow undercutting it. And I guess my boner has more to do

I just recall that I don't recall such shots in any manner that felt more than simply "this is a part of her body which happens to be in-shot as well." The same as, roughly, for anyone else.

So why do kids like playing with him? Is it literally the ability to throw a plastic shield around? Or is it character-based?

*hands you your coat*

I heard he owns clothing and a house. What a sellout. :(

I agree in a broad sense on all of that - the differing means of marketing and such matters being interesting and how they could likely expand that a bit. But even on a character basis, Black Widow is the fairly normal one who doesn't do much or have an immediate "in" emotionally. So how does that even translate to

So Gamora doesn't count (I understand if you'd argue she definitely doesn't)? And Heimdall doesn't count (But he and Thor seem like they really trust and value each other, possibly more than most any others.)?
