Assuming a victory, the implementation of the SCOTUS case would likely not take place until after the 2020 census. Dems really need to be focused on state legislatures, and it's happening. Taking back the Senate is unlikely; Dems are defending 25 seats to GOP 6. But the House really is up for grabs right now. I'm hopeful for a divided Congress. Or maybe a Senate miracle :-)
