Star for grandpa Simpson reference.

Sod off Justin, that green is gorgeous!

Came here to say this. It’s so unfortunate.

Seriously. Pre-facelift is gorgeous, my favorite sedan ever. But that gaping Mazda/Audi hybrid grill just ruins it.

Beautiful Boss. Oh, I miss mine now... The only thing about the interior that gets me is the hard plastic where you rest your arm w/ the window open. Rest of it is serviceable to decent, especially the Recaros;)

I made that exact face then scrolled down and lol’d

3000GT VR4. Still get a chub today when I see a nice one. Everything about it my teenage mind loved. Low, wide, twin-turbo, AWD, four-wheel steering, adjustable suspension. It was an attainable exotic and I always said I’d buy one when I got older. I got older and and always wanted one in the back of my mind. Then met

I’m with ya. Ever since I first saw those Kermit D. Frog headlights I’ve abhorred these abominations. The proportions are hideous. That rear end, what the hell?! Then going from RWD to FWD killed any real sporting pretensions. And that gawd-awful pre-bankruptcy GM interior. I can just hear the squeaking plastic.

Damn, that first pic looks almost exactly like my Bullitt did. 18" staggered anthracite Bullitt wheels, chin spoiler. Only difference is the grille, where I made my own (rather poor) black mesh grille sans pony. I’ve always had a fondness for the New Edge style. From the factory it looks meh. But some simple mods-

Fuck that!

The most oxymoronic name of a vehicle currently sold. Looks more like a giant jelly bean than a razor blade.

Is it wrong for me to hate that guy in the picture?

Being a Mopar and Mustang guy my entire life, if I was to get a pony car right now I’d probably buy... an SS 1LE just like you. Except in green, cuz it’s my favorite color. It’s also the first Camaro I actually like. 1LE basically puts up GT350 numbers for significantly less. Weighs less. Drives incredible. And due to

This! It’s gonna kill rear visibility (not that seems to matter to most anymore). Putting things in from side or tailgate up are gonna be a tossing game. Getting things out will require jumping on the thing. And it really makes it look like a stodgy porker.

Appreciate the kind words. We’ve looked into RSD but symptoms don’t match. Closest things the Dr’s and I have dx’d it to is thoracic outlet syndrome. We’ve done quite a few injections in the area and some mild relief. I was referred to a new doc whom has some new ideas, so down that road in 2018.

Hmm... I’ll try to make it succinct.

Basically in the same boat you are. Boss 302 to GTI (it’s an unfortunate, long story how that happened). You’re 100% correct. Now I just laugh at poor weather or making stupid knee-jerk reactions. It can be fun to just neanderthal it with no consequences.

Wow, I pretty much agree with this whole list. My dad and I gripe all the time the Viper never had a cheaper V8 option. That and (sadly) an automatic trans would’ve likely saved it.

Put myself through nearly a decade of school to get my physical therapy degree. The only thing that got me through was thinking of the Boss 302 I’m gonna buy when I get my first job. And it worked. Thank you for the motivation my dearly beloved GHIG Boss.

None of the important ones;)
