ATT is targeting users with the "unlimited plan" (which, btw, is soft-capped at 5gig) and "forcing" them onto tethering plans with a highly immoral, probably illegal announcement that said users are tethering against the TOS. In such a move, ATT is tricking people off of their unlimited plans onto paid data…
