Critically Underrated Bohemian Rhapsody”? Did I read that correctly? Is this a typo? One of the most wildly sugary, silly, offensive mainstream releases of 2018? A film with zero meaningful or original or even accurate commentary on the nature of pop music or fame or homosexuality in the 80's? What about this movie

I watched the trailer; my response, “wow am I totally happy that watching a trailer isn’t the equivalent of signing a contract to watch a movie.”

Cannot unsee that.

She unfortunately takes after her father and unlike Ivanka she hasn’t gotten enough plastic surgery to smudge it out.

As a feminist, I know I’m forbidden to comment on another woman’s appearance, but Tif is extremely unfortunate looking.

“When doulas get paid by someone other than the mother, it gets to the question of, Who does the doula work for?” Ms. Deutschbein said. “I’d have to see more of the details.”

As much as I’d love to see a reduction in health disparities, I would definitely be concerned about licensure. I’m getting to the age where many of my friends are having babies, and doulas can be very supportive and affirming, especially for women who don’t have a lot of experienced female family members around to

This reeks of correlation vs. causation - rich women have doulas *and* better outcomes because of better pre-preg health and numerous other things correlated with wealth and health. Doulas are great, but get these women proper medical, pre-natal care first ffs.

They are called balaclavas, and funny enough the term originates from the Crimean War (the 1850s one). Handmade masks were sent over to the British troops to help protect them from the bitter cold weather in the harbor of Balaklava, near the site of Charge of Light Brigade fame. I don’t know where the fact the name

I still visit Dlisted about once a week. In fact, Dlisted is responsible for introducing me to Gawker and Jezebel via his links to other fun gossip of the day.

It’s funny that you posted this. I had sudden realization a few weeks ago that I hadn’t clicked on “The Superficial” in maybe a decade when I used to visit is daily after I realized how fucking gross and cruel Perez Hilton was/is

I feel like there is an interesting story wrapped in this bizarrely written, headache inducing post.

I clicked through and read the link as well. I thought that anyone with even a double digit IQ would have picked up that I was joking around, but bless the troll for angrily taking the time to find a link that actually supports my point. And assuming that none of us would check it.

What point in his/her comment do you object to? Cause you just posted a link to a random page of lion facts, and nothing on that page goes against what she/he is saying. Your own article -

My son’s in first grade and there is a classmate whose mom carries him everywhere. She’s petite and he’s not a peanut; his feet dangle past her knees. She carries him from the bus, she carries him to the bus, he sits on top of her on the bus. I thought maybe he had some kind of mobility challenge but them I saw him at

This might make me very unpopular, but Kristin Wiig. I feel like she’d be a very sly mean girl in person (the “It’s so cool that you don’t care whether boys think you’re hot” type), and I don’t fully understand the appeal of her comedy. I also wanted to slap her character a lot in Bridesmaids.

This is reminding me of the whole Cannes forcing women to wear high heels thing.  Why do men feel the need to police what women wear?  Who gives a shit if she’s wearing a catsuit?

John Malkovich on set KNITTING?!?!

Priyanka and Nick remind me of Cece and Schmidt on New Girl.
