I am totally lost on Kinja. I created a blog because I cannot buy soap on an EBT card. I cannot buy dish soap or laundry detergent or tampons or a light bulb - because if you do not have kids under 18 or you are not over 65 - there is no cash on an EBT card and no way to buy soap.
