This video player is terrible. Overtime I attempt to watch the actual clip, the audio plays, but the screen stays black. Only like 30% of the time can I get the picture to show up. And YES, before anyone says anything, I know it's supposed to be black in the beginning.

I like the ending. The transition's a little clunky, yes, but it just serves to make the psychological horrors that the crew was suffering from real in a more concrete manner for the audience, and it allowed every character to really come to terms with their sacrifice.

No, I liked the ending! To me, it wasn't so overtly about "believe in God because it's better than not"; it's about giving yourself hope and the manner to accept all the shit that happens. Which, some people do that with God, and some people do that with reality. Both ways are acceptable and beautiful.
