That’s really what I took away. Ages ago, Arby’s did a croissant breakfast sandwich that was on a real croissant. In a word, FANTASTIC. By far the best breakfast sandwich out there. So, of course, they quit doing it.

Agree.  First shot made me think Mustang, laters brought Camaro to mind.

Yeah, the moment when he just stands there with blood spattering his face . . . perfect, real reaction.  The brain just doesn’t process that quickly, cop or not.  It takes a beat or two to sink in, before reaction/training kicks in.
