It’s funny, I was in a conversation with someone the other day about how Black Panther generally has a pretty weak rogue’s gallery in the comics, and most of the time just ends up fighting other heroes’ villains. In that conversation, I specifically ended up mentioning Stegron as someone who could be fun to bring up…

The Soul Stone is almost certainly in the possession of the Sovereign from Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2. Why? Because we see at the end of that movie that they’re currently in the midst of creating Adam Warlock, a character whose origins have always been tied in with the Soul Gem.

Saw this today and it was everything I had hoped for. I was in love with the very idea of this movie and was not disappointed with its execution. Do not be fooled into thinking this is “just a comic book movie.” This is an epic. It will give you life.

This strengthens my theory that Black Panther is the best MCU movie because Marvel and Disney fear the PR disaster that would happen if white studio suits were telling black filmmakers what to put in a movie about Africans.

My main question was “Where’s Stegron the dinosaur man?”

There was a moment at the end when Micheal B. Jordan let a moment of vulnerability slip through all his rage. It was so authentic and perfectly acted—took my breath away.
