I have to laugh at them stating that the average child 12-13 years old is around 4 ft 9 in. I was 5 ft 11 in at 13 years old and most of my schoolmates were well above 4 ft 9 in.

Probably because the Droid X doesn't have a front facing camera. The article mentioned that some people can switch to the rear camera, but that's only possible if you have a front facing camera.
