The biker is an idiot and poor rider, but the cop is also a jackass of a driver. He has to slam his brakes on at the last second because he's tailgating the truck in front. I swear they don't teach them anything driving-related in training.

It's the Phoenix area, I believe up by Apache Lake on highway 88. He's a friend of a friend of mine, that said, I still think he should be thrown in prison for destroying the M3 and for his stupidity to drive at the worst time of day.
