In researching bug sprays, each active ingredient seems to have issues.. witch hazel-based repellents are not recommended for pregnant women.. neither is high concentrations of DEET.. and Picaridin doesn't have a whole lotta research behind it... pick your poison

135 degrees is perfect for me.. I'm a tall guy (6'8") so desks are naturally too low and chairs too high. Reclining back and sliding in further under the desk have resolved a lot of back issues I've had.

Also, having armrests on my chair at the same level as the desk helps tremendously.
