Open Source isn't about "good taste", its about doing what you want. If you have "good taste", you'll put together a lock screen or home screen/background/icon set/widgets that will reflect that. If not, you're still doing *what YOU want to do* and how you want to do it, not what or how an editor, author, manufacturer…

You have to look at it this way.. Your foot doesn't control the revs of the engine, it controls the fuel flow. In a carb system, the two should be equal (carb is idling no matter what). For a FI system (as buffcoat said), an idle needs to be maintained by the control systems.

Verizon has always had more than 1 Android device in recent years— Eris, Droid, Droid 2, Droid X, Incredible, plus a few other strays. I was really hoping this would be a bit better.. At very least, its a conflict of interest. At its worst, it borders on unconstitutional. The federal government should not be a stakeholder in an organization or business for multiple reasons- competition, censorship, etc. Granted, 2%+ isn't a controlling interest, but the influence it can exert can be overpowering.
