No mention of how much the package size is going to shrink by (and it will).

Literally all they have to do is make an on-the-menu option to use the quarter pounder patties with all the rest of the Big Mac ingredients. They don’t even need a different bun. Every time they’ve done a “bigger” mac they’ve gone about it in the stupidest possible way - making some special intermediate size patty

You specifically talk about the appearance of the chips in the article but you seriously couldn’t find a place to stick in an actual picture? An article which already has a “click to continue reading” break so there clearly isn’t a space limitation.

Sonic has Jalapenos, you can add them. I did just that and it was really good.
It was, like, $1 extra, which is more than it should be, but was worth it.

On the rare occasions I go to the theater I like to get a bag of peanut M&M’s and mix them into the popcorn. If I was to see these though, I might actually go for their chocolate covered almonds instead...

Mandatory but not reimbursed in a unilateral change to the contract terms... I don’t see how this could possibly be legal.

I stopped eating at Chipotle when they first started going off on their stupid anti-GMO crusade. Then I moved somewhere with actually good Mexican food.

When in doubt about a business move that doesn’t make sense just think “does this bring short term gains to the shareholders”. In this case, they even (almost) said the quiet part out loud with their “Unlocking shareholder value” BS.

why not trim down by removing one of the Scouts’ two virtually identical offerings, Lemonades and Lemon-Ups?

Yeah the judge pretty clearly got the case right here. There is merit to the idea that a trailer can be deceptive by including things that are not in the movie and that those deceptions can be a motivating factor in sales, but that in this case the specific claim was without merit.

There’s no doubt that this stuff is complicated, and restaurants are still trying to figure out the most equitable way to deal with tipped wages while still retaining staff and remaining profitable.

I’ve eaten at both may times and lets be clear, neither chain is great (that sort of comes with the territory of being big chains), but Qdoba is way better than Chipotle, so many more options, a better price, and they actually have seem to have some creativity in their corporate kitchen. Not to mention that Chipotle
