You can do it! I’ve been gluten free (and some others like soy- and corn-free) for over 15 years now and it definitely gets better! I am actually fine with the fad people because it means that there are exponentially more store-bought options for me than there were when I first found out.

Just avoid Ener-G bread like

I don’t know if this helps, but I am allergic to a lot of things (among them soy yay!) and there’s a pretty widely available brand of chocolate that is soy-free called Theo (but check the particular kind, I tend to just get plain dark or dark with salted almond). They are a godsend.
