Came here for this video, leaving satisfied. Thanks!

I assume that you could sand- or media-blast the thing. I really do wonder how thick that coat of paint is by now... and how much weight does that add?

Awesome! I'll have this up on my TV this weekend in an attempt to watch the Nürburgring race.

That sounds horrifically awesome.

Snap into a... nevermind... I quit.

Apparently, he wrote extensively about his '69 VW, so this guy was a car guy too.

I would jump on an Ranger-sized truck packing a small turbo diesel. The ECOBoost V6 seems like overkill - which means I heartily approve of that idea.

It says that he got it used, and at that price, I assume it was at an auction.

This raises an interesting point. Some models are made in multiple plants - and sometimes that means different suppliers for some parts. My dad has a '96 F-250 (last year of the big squarish trucks) with the PowerStroke and a 5-speed. He got a crazy deal (about $10k off) because it was a truck produced in Canada.

Now I understand... you're thinking movie deal, aren't you?

Yes, the car was on fire when police arrived. The image of the car is making its rounds and it's basically a shell. They (Bam's mom, apparently) had to identify him based on his beard and tattoos.

Relative to the SAAB issue, COD is indicative of looming bankruptcy. The next step is where the suppliers will not release a shipment from their factory until the parts are paid for (and bank-verified). I've seen it happen a few times (some of our largest customers were in that boat for a while).

Tasteless. I expect(ed) more...

Read about it? I say that we give him a TV show a la Red Green.

I can attest to that method working, but I happened upon that more by accident. The worst part of cleaning out those nests was one predicament that I got myself into. Thinking that I had defeated the bees, I decided to start the old truck up and see if any more bees started popping out of other body panels. I scoot

This seemed like a great idea, but I lost half of my beard trying to light a joint with this thing.

I had left my old camping truck parked for a couple of years and it amassed quite a few nests of yellow jackets (I think). Three cans of wasp spray later, and there were pools of dead bees all around my truck. I took it to a mechanic for some work and provided him with an extra can of spray. I think I found 10

My thoughts exactly. He seemed like the most down-to-earth of the bunch.

Showing your kids your own sex tape... will scar them for life.
