There has to be a way to work the "ass water" joke from Chris Rock into this, but it's seemingly over my head.

I'm thankful for the cars of my past who have selflessly given their crumple zones so that I may hoon on.

@CjalopC: Unintended acceleration... again?

@beetlebailey: Exactly my thoughts! Doesn't the second input to the brake pedal disengage ABS on most models?

Well, this is one practice that I hope they keep to themselves. Of course, we also seize cars here, but it's generally for drug offenses.

@FodderTheSane: Now that's just mean... and now parts of it are replaying in the back of my head. Thanks.

@Alfisted: I have to agree. My old truck is lifted for camping and offroading, but my daily driver stays off the trails if possible. I'm all for using a car or truck for its intended purpose, but I wouldn't take a new KJ on a trail without a snorkel (if I'm expecting water) and some additional skid plates.

@FodderTheSane: Oh, it's ok. Come sit closer to Ash... maybe something will rub off. Okay, well maybe don't sit quite too close.

@Awesome X: Why do they want to race everything that they pull up next to? They don't even give my Silverado a good run, but on the plus side, I can't hear the fart cans over my straight pipes.

@FodderTheSane: Are we ripping off Carrot Top now? I think we need to reevaluate how we got to this point.

@Dirt Pirate: I'll take a blanket, whiskey, and a pickup truck, but you can keep the smallpox. The rest sounds like a nice fall evening.

How does Honda equate to Thanksgiving? Am I missing something? Here's something that seems more appropriate to me...

@zadtheinhaler: I like the way you think. Ever seen the sleeper farm truck? It's on youtube. It looks like a ratty old farm truck, but it has a full drag chassis and motor under its skin. It even has a topper... and its topper pops open due to the violent nature of the launch when it races. It's great. I think it

What delicious irony.

I'm a sucker for these monsters. I would definitely stop short of calling them sleepers, but their is a but of understatement to be seen here... though that all goes away with the turn of the key. NP!
